It’s helpful for us to know the following points in order to price accurately; we use ‘mm’ for accuracy of measuring.
What width and length or diameter, do you require the glass to be?
What shape do you require? Square, Rectangle, Circular, Racetrack Oval, Ellipse, Hexagonal, Octagonal, or other?
What thickness would you like the glass?
What is the glass being used for? Table cover, table top, shower screen, stair glass, splashback etc.
What glass type do you want clear toughened, low iron, frosted or tinted (grey or bronze) glass?

Do you want flat polished edges or unpolished edges?
Do you require a bevelled edge (not possible on shaped, or circular glass)?
