This is a brief guide on how to order your Bespoke Glass, for any project you may have.

Getting a quote, paying, and receiving your glass.

The easiest way to obtain an instant quote and purchase your glass online is to use our glass calculator, this is fast, efficient and instant. Click here.

You can also email us at sales@tableglassonline.co.uk if you have any additional questions, or if you have a diagram or picture to send.

You can call us on 01225 667125 weekdays 09:30 – 17:30.

We can take payment over the phone, via BACS transfer or PayPal via our glass calculator.

Once your order has been processed, the glass turn-around is on average between 5-10 working days. Optiwhite Low Iron glass, painted glass, tinted glass circular glass, bespoke shapes and finishes such as bevelled edges can take longer in some cases. If you require delivery once your glass is ready to be shipped we will be in contact via email with a date, more exact timings can be provided on the day of delivery. Prior to the glass being ready and out of production, we can’t provide a date it will be delivered.

If you are planning to collect your glass, we will email to confirm it is ready and provide full instructions on where to go and what times the collection points are open.

The following counties are what we consider the south of England on our calculator drop down; Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Hertfordshire and Gloucestershire. We can deliver to other areas, however please contact us for a definitive price.

We are also able to send smaller pieces of glass via courier, please contact us to discuss further.
